Job Description
Overview
Responsible for providing a range of Spa treatments listed in the Ocean Spa Menu including massages, facials, and body scrubs, while ensuring their comfort and promoting overall well-being by maintaining a clean and safe environment and recommending appropriate products and services.
Must have excellent communication skills and a thorough understanding of different spa treatments.
Key Responsibilities
Delivering Spa treatments:
Performing various spa services (massage, facials, body scrubs) according to clients’ needs and preferences.
Client Consultation:
Assessing client needs and expectations through consultations to tailor treatments accordingly.
Maintaining hygiene and safety:
Ensuring the treatment area is clean and sanitized, following proper sanitation protocols for tools and equipment.
Product Knowledge:
Understanding the benefits and application of various spa products and recommending suitable ones for at-home care.
Customer Service:
Providing exceptional customer service, including greeting clients, creating a relaxing atmosphere, and addressing any concerns.
Retail Sales:
Promoting spa products and services to clients, potentially contributing to retail sales.
Treatment documentation:
Maintaining accurate records of client treatments and any relevant information
