Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Provide high-quality, safe, and confidential healthcare to individuals within the custodial/prison environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients, planning and delivering appropriate nursing care, administering medications and treatments, responding to urgent and emergency health needs, and maintaining accurate clinical records.

Job Requirements

ENTRY REQUIREMENT OF THE POST

• Diploma in Nursing plus registration plus three year’s work experience as Nurse/Midwife (Staff Nurse); or

Or

• Bachelor Degree in Nursing plus Registration plus License plus orientation programme; or

Or

• Master’s Degree in a Nursing field plus license

A valid registration certificate/license endorsed by the Seychelles Nurses and Midwives Council is also recommended.
