Job Description

Main tasks and responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Greeting customers and assist them to find the goods and products they are looking for.
• Receiving (unloading container), putting goods physically in stock caring that each product is labeled and has a price labelled on the shelves
• Actively and efficiently participating in regular stock inventories
• Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers
• Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands
• Constantly caring for the good order of the shelves
• Provide support in pick-up and delivery of products according to customer orders
• Provide outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

The ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Having a friendly and engaging personality
• Being Responsible and Attentive, Team work and committed
• Ability to read and write English with Basic mathematical competence
• Being self motivated and confident
• Ability to interact with customers, polite and flexible
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying 10 – 20kg
