Job Description & Job Requirements

Following Duties, Responsibilities

• Assisting the Order & Delivery Supervisor picking out and packing goods accurately according to customer order (Inspect items for damage or defects before packing)
• Loading and unloading trucks to ensure that products are handled safely and efficiently
• Priorities task effectively to meet deadlines, ensuring that orders are processed in a timely manner to maintain productivity
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow
• Provide updates on order status and any challenges encountered during the picking process
• Work closely with other staff including department supervisors to ensure efficient workflow
• Ensuring that orders are properly labelled according to customers’ orders and stored in the designated location to maintain the quality of the products
• Assist in stock inventory whenever scheduled
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Performing general warehouse duties as necessary

Following Qualities

• Prior experience with pallet jacks and operating forklift
• Strong attention to detail to minimize errors in order fulfilment
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks consistently
• Familiarity with warehouse systems and order process
• Excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines
• Has a high school certificate
