The function of the Showroom Manager is to oversee the overall management of the entire MEGA Showroom.
The candidate is responsible to enhance customer satisfaction, promote sales and meet profitability goals as well as manage and supervises the sales team and ensures that all the sales floors are visually appealing and inviting towards customers.
Degree in either of the following fields:
- Retail Management; Marketing; Business Administration or Sales Management
- 10+ years’ experience in retail managerial position
Work based Competencies
Demonstrates detailed knowledge in Sales Management, Marketing, Coordination, Financial Planning, Coaching, Process Improvement, Decision Making, Quality Management
