The function of the Showroom Supervisor is to achieve the successful operation of the entire Showroom Floor, including staff supervision; customer care; sales activities and inventory, in order to meet the sales targets and secure growth and profitability in compliance with the company sales plan.
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Two (3+) years’ previous experience in customer support, client services or sales
Work based Competencies
- Demonstrates good communication skills, customer service skills, marketing skills, management and organisational skills
