Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with spa bookings and inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with therapists to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Provide detailed information about spa services, treatments, and promotions.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and payments while maintaining accurate records.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at the reception area.
- Assist in promoting spa services and upselling treatments where applicable.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns professionally and promptly.

Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury spa, hotel, or wellness center is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a bonus.
- A positive and friendly attitude with a passion for hospitality and wellness.
