Job Title/Position: Spare Sales Executive

Job Description
Company Rules and Regulation
- The Employee shall abide the Company Rules and Procedure as stated on the contract which has been agreed upon during the date of employment. With this shall apply the work ethics within and outside the Company premise and employee shall not be involve in any outside extracurricular work with relevance to his task within the Company.
- All confidential matters that involve Product Quality, Pricing, and the likes shall be kept confidential within the internal communication of the Company.
- The Employee shall perform his duties and responsibilities according to the Standard Parts Operating Procedure set by the Company.
- The Employee shall be directly reporting to the Spares Manager.
5S / Parts Counter Sales Management
- The Employee shall ensure to monitor in maintaining an organized and well-maintained Parts Sales Counter particularly it’s Safekeeping, Cleanliness, and proper presentation according to Global Space Image Standard set by KIA Motors Corp. (KMC).
Direct Duties
- Being a Frontliner, the person should professionally represent the company by practicing proper Customer Handling according to KIA Global SI Operation Process.
- Must be able to attend to all Customer’s Parts Inquiries; Sales; and Orders according to their requirement.
- Must show a high level of professionalism and ensure accuracy when preparing Parts estimate Issuing of parts and dealing with customers.
- Shall be responsible in completing Sales Transactions including receiving of payments and issuance of Sales Invoice.
- Ensure the proper handling of all receipts for both cash and credit sales thereby guaranteeing accurate and credible records.
- The Parts Counter Sales Executive shall execute the Cash Close-Up Report on daily basis before COB and shall remit the payment both Cash and Check Payments to the Accounts Department. This applies both on Parts Counter Sales and Workshop Sales.
- Shall be taking responsibility of preparing Parts Order in the event that the Customer’s
requirement was not available on stock. All parts ordering transactions shall be recorded and monitored for its Status, Condition, and ETA’s. Parts Order Status shall be constantly advised to the Customer for their awareness especially upon its arrival. - Must be able to assist in monitoring stock on-hand and recommend stock replenishment in the event that an item has been found to be on its critical level condition. A report shall be given to the Parts Supervisor or Part Manager for immediate action.
- Must be able to create Marketing Strategy on promoting of Non-moving Items, and introduction of new part line items that would entice Customer Demand and improve Sales Production.
- The Employee shall perform extended working hours depending on the current work load schedule. In the event of unavailability, the Employee must seek approval from the Spares Manager which shall be at the Manager’s discretion.
Auxillary Duties
- The employee shall partake on doing the Parts Annual Stocktake and review of the pending accounts receivables.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Spares Supervisor.
