Specialist, AI-Based Marketing Tools (Design & Implementation) — Part-Time
Job Description
Multimedia Seychelles is seeking a specialist to design and implement AI-based marketing tools and automations that support the promotion activities, targeting the Central and Eastern European market, in particular Poland.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered marketing tools (automations, AI assistants and applications, content generation and personalisation).
- Build solutions using AI models — including Claude AI (Anthropic) — for campaigns, lead handling and analytics.
- Create and maintain marketing-process automations (communication sequences, integrations, analytics dashboards).
- Prototype and test digital tools that improve marketing conversion.
- Work with the content team and Seychelles-based operations on rollout.
Benefits
- Remuneration: SCR 10,000 per month.
Job Requirements
Minimum requirements
- At least 3 years’ documented experience designing and implementing AI-based marketing tools.
- Hands-on, practical experience working with Claude AI (Anthropic) — essential.
- Knowledge of marketing automation, no-code/low-code tools and API integration.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with marketing data.
- Native-level Polish, to build and test solutions for the Polish and CEE market — essential, given the target market; fluent English.
Terms and conditions
Hours: Part-time — two-fifths (2/5) of full-time (approximately 18 hours per week / two days).
Place of work: Mahé, Seychelles.
Contract: Fixed term.
