A company engaged in Pest Control and Hygiene Services, is looking for reliable, self-motivated and dynamic candidates to fill the above position.
Job Description
Job Summary:
Under general supervision, to plan, supervise and perform the identification, control and extermination of pests at sites; to train and supervise assigned personnel in pest control procedures and treatments; and to perform related work as assigned.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the pest control team.
- Provides expert advice and guidance to management in pest control.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge in technical issues and incorporate any changes in legislation into working practices and written documents.
- Allocates work to the Pest Control Technicians
- Responsible for ordering all stock for use by the Pest Control Technicians.
- Develops commercial opportunities including contracts with new markets with the Sales & Marketing Manager.
- Gives advice to customers who contact the service regarding control functions.
- Responds to all complaints regarding the service in line with Company’s procedures and timescales.
Benefits
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Job Requirements
Experience/ Knowledge:
- 3 years’ supervisory experience
- Computer Literate
- Ability to plan, supervise and evaluate the work of assigned personnel.
- Any other combination of training and/or experience which demonstrates that the applicant is likely to possess the required skills, knowledges and abilities may be considered.
- Valid driving license
Training will be provided.
