Job Description
Job Summary
Responsible for supporting and maintaining IT infrastructures in the PMC.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure that timely and up to date data is available to assist Management in the decision- making process.
- Ensure proper maintenance and up-keep of hardware i.e. all computers, printers, modems and other peripherals
- Ensure first level servicing of hardware.
- Maintain appropriate log for all movement of I.T. equipment.
- Analyze, evaluate and recommend appropriate and cost effective solutions to the I.T. problems.
- Support and maintain application.
- Setup and ensure the maintenance of software on users’ systems.
- Provide technical support to all end users.
- Undertake network design planning and implementation. Assist in required database design and development.
Benefits
Remuneration: Salary Package will be based on qualifications and experience.
Job Requirement
Requirement
- Diploma/ A-level in IT or equivalent
- One year working experience as an IT Technician or related field
- Knowledge Windows 10,11 and Windows Server operating system
- Computing Skills, Excel, Access, Dot net, and Bank Software Package.
- Good oral and written communication skill
Must possess driving licence class 7
