Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to the internal users of the Agency. Identify, respond and resolves technical issues. Install, configure new workstations, support, monitors troubleshoot hardware and software problems and provide solutions; coordinate and work with IT staff and external service providers to ensure resolution to meet the current and future IT requirements.

Benefits

Salary grade: SB3–SB4

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Degree in computer Science related field plus 2 years relevant experience OR Equivalent Industry Recognized Certification established by SQA

Experience

5 years’ experience as a System Support Officer.
