We are seeking to recruit an experienced Systems Administrator to manage custody and investment fund administration.

Job Description

• Ensuring proper and smooth operation of the fund accounting system.
• Entry and reconciliation of all trades within the system
• Administering custody transactions and reconciliations
• Processing of new subscriptions, redemptions and transfers
• Maintaining shareholder register and investor files
• Ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering procedures

Job Requirements

1. At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
2. Sound knowledge of financial markets
3. Numerate and analytical; capable of evaluating complex financial information
4. Accurate and methodical, with great attention to detail
5. Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment
