Location: Anse Major Trail entrance (Belombre, Mahe)
Job Description
Job Summary:
The Ticket Agent is responsible for the receipt of payment from customers and stakeholders on behalf of the Authority with the utmost integrity. The Ticket Agent must present a professional and friendly image while ensuring the team meets organizational standards. The Ticket Agent will be required to find his or her own way to commute to and from the station.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- IGCSE in Mathematics, English, Accounting grade C or O level English, Accounting, Mathematics or equivalent
Or
- 1 years satisfactory work experience as Ticket Agent Cashier or in a related field
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Must have the ability to perform accurately and methodically procedures and able to work under pressure.
- Basic Customer service abilities.
- Basic skills with computer and other office machines (copier, credit card machine, telephone, POS machine)
