Job Description
Purpose of the role:
The purpose of this role is to assist in the coordination and execution of trade marketing initiatives and activations, in line with brand and sales strategies. The Trade Marketing Executive supports the delivery of on-ground campaigns and promotional activities across all channels to ensure strong brand visibility, consumer engagement, and executional excellence. The role also provides operational support for planning, logistics, and reporting across all activation initiatives.
Top Accountabilities
- Assist in the development of activation calendars and campaign plans.
- Support coordination of campaign launches, briefings, and execution logistics.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of POS materials and activation kits.
- Provide support during on-ground activations to ensure execution quality and consistency.
- Assist in collecting data and feedback post-activation.
- Contribute to the preparation of post-campaign I&L reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with agencies and suppliers for timelines, deliverables, and execution updates.
- Ensure correct branding application and reporting from partners.

Job Requirements
Qualifications + Experience
- Degree or equivalent in Marketing Management or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in trade marketing, brand activations, or promotions (FMCG experience preferred)
Key Skills
- Strong support skills in planning and executing trade marketing initiatives and activations
- Ability to gather and analyze data for post-campaign insights and reporting
- Proficient in coordinating campaign logistics, timelines, and activation materials
- Solid understanding of consumer engagement and brand visibility in trade environments
- Collaborative team player with experience working across departments and with external agencies
- Skilled in managing vendor relationships and ensuring brand consistency in activations
- Strong communication and briefing skills for coordinating with teams and suppliers
- Excellent project management skills to ensure timely and efficient execution
- Ability to track and report on campaign performance and ROI
- Proactive in troubleshooting and resolving issues during campaign execution
