Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for coordinating daily transportation activities, managing vehicle schedules, and ensuring the timely delivery of construction materials, equipment, and machinery to project sites.

• Coordinate and schedule company vehicles, trucks, drivers, and equipment.
• Arrange transportation and delivery of construction materials to project sites.
• Monitor vehicle movements, fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance schedules.
• Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, suppliers, and warehouse personnel.
• Ensure timely deliveries and efficient utilization of transport resources.
• Maintain accurate transport records, delivery notes, and related documentation.
• Monitor vehicle servicing, inspections, and compliance with safety requirements.
• Prepare transport reports and assist in controlling logistics costs.

Job Requirements

Qualification

• Diploma in motor vehicle mechanic
• Knowledge in heavy vehicles is a plus

Requirements

• Previous experience in transport and logistics coordination, preferably in the construction industry.
• Good organizational, communication, and planning skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle management, transport scheduling, and logistics operations.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• A valid driving license is a must
