Job Description

Responsible for operating and maintaining the brewery’s utility systems, including boilers, compressors, refrigeration, water treatment, CO₂ systems, and other critical plant services to support continuous production.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Applicants should possess:

• A Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, industrial, brewery, food, or beverage production environment will be an advantage.
• Sound troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• A strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as required.
