We are currently seeking talented, passionate professionals to join our dynamic team at Le Domaine De L’Orangeraie at Anse Severe on La Digue Island in the above position:
Location: Le Domaine De L’Orangeraie, Anse Severe, La Digue
Summary of the Main Duties and Responsibilities.
- To provide reliable and efficient service to all guests of your assigned station
- To carry out daily setting up in the Restaurants and other specified locations as management deems fit.
- Ensure effective mis-en-place is undertaken and is satisfactory.
- To prepare condiments for service and other service equipment’s.
- To ensure that all guest orders are met accordingly.

Job Requirements
Minimum Job Entry Requirements
EDUCATION (KNOWLEDGE):
- Should possess a Certificate in Food & Beverage service and must have successfully completed a customer care course or training.
And/or
EXPERIENCE:
- Two years successful years work experience in an upscale delux resort with buffet dining restaurants.
Or
- Possess at least three years successful apprenticeship work experience in an upscale delux resort with buffet dining restaurants. Must have good communication skills in English and french. Other languages are recommendable.
