Cleanse Seychelles is seeking a dedicated and experienced Wellness Retreat Manager/practitioner to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest quality experience for our guests.

This role requires an individual with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of wellness practices, and the ability to manage a dynamic team of therapists, wellness practitioners, and support staff.

The ideal candidate will play an integral role in coordinating with various departments, including sales, wellness while actively engaging with guests to guide them through transformative wellness journeys.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of wellness practitioners.
• Coordinate wellness activities and guest experiences.
• Oversee retreat operations, working with sales, food, and housekeeping teams.
• Develop and implement wellness programs and events.
• Ensure high standards of health, safety, and cleanliness.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Certification in a wellness practice (E.g. Yoga, Breathwork).
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Passionate about guest well-being and creating exceptional experiences.
