Compliance Officer
Job Description
The Compliance Officer is responsible for conducting risk assessments and ensuring reporting entities comply with AML/CFT/PF obligations. The role involves planning and conducting inspections, performing desk-based monitoring, reviewing documentation, and providing guidance on compliance requirements. Responsibilities also include drafting compliance reports, preparing cases for enforcement actions, supervising reporting entities and high-risk NPOs, and liaising with key stakeholders to strengthen compliance frameworks and awareness.

Job Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Management, or related field
- AML/Compliance certifications would be an advantage
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of AML/CFT/PF frameworks and compliance monitoring
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
