The WASTEA Group is seeking a highly organised and people-focused Administration & Welfare Officer to join our growing HR team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working with people and coordinating a wide range of employee support services. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the employee experience by managing administrative operations, staff welfare initiatives and support services across the Group.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate employee administrative support services, onboarding and offboarding.
  • Manage company-issued assets, including uniforms, PPE, mobile phones, bus cards and other equipment.
  • Coordinate staff accommodation, travel and transport arrangements.
  • Administer telecommunications and service provider accounts.
  • Organise employee welfare initiatives, social events and wellbeing programmes.
  • Supervise support services, including the Camp Officer, Housekeepers and Driver/Messenger.
  • Prepare reports, maintain administrative records and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resource Management or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration, office management or corporate support services.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
