As part of our ongoing expansion and commitment to the highest standards of corporate governance, we are seeking a highly qualified, locally based Compliance Officer for clients companies. This individual must successfully clear the FSA’s “Fit and Proper” assessment to act as our primary local mind and management presence.
Job Description
Credentia International (Seychelles) Limited is seeking:
- A motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our growing team in Seychelles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Conduct client due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), and ongoing monitoring.
- Review and assess AML/CFT documentation and identify potential compliance risks.
- Monitor regulatory developments and advise management on compliance obligations.
- Assist with regulatory reporting and communications with relevant authorities.
- Perform compliance reviews, risk assessments, and internal monitoring activities.
- Deliver compliance guidance and training to staff where required.
- Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- A degree in Law, Finance, Business, Compliance, or a related discipline.
- Fit and Proper Approval from the Seychelles FSA
- Professional compliance qualifications (such as ICA, ACAMS, or equivalent in Seychelles) will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in a compliance role within the financial services or corporate services industry.
- Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations, corporate governance, and Seychelles regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
