Job Description
- Responsible for overseeing the kitchen operation and ensuring the preparation and quality of all food served on the property.
- Manage and supervise the kitchen team.
- Plan and coordinate daily menus and food preparation.
- Ensure food is prepared and presented to the required standards.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and safety.
- Monitor food quality, portion control and presentation.
- Manage food stock, orders and kitchen supplies.
- Monitor food costs and minimize wastage.
- Train and guide kitchen staff.
- Coordinate with Management and other departments regarding food requirements and special events.
- Ensure kitchen equipment is properly used and maintained.
- Maintain kitchen records and follow company procedures.
Job Role
To oversee the daily kitchen operation and ensure high standards of food quality, preparation, presentation, hygiene and service.
Location
Anonyme Island, East coast of Mahe, opposite to the Seychelles International Airport.
Working Hours
8.00am to 5.00pm (inclusive of One hour lunch + Fifteen minutes break time)
Job Type
Full Time Contract, Six days a week – alternate Saturday

Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position.
