About Us

Mamma Mia Import (Pty) Ltd. has been importing and distributing food products in the Seychelles since 2010. Founded by Italians who have been resident in the Seychelles for over 25 years, it is managed by the same partners with the help of Italian and Seychellois personnel.

Mamma Mia serves the horeca and retail channels with quality Italian food and wine for a total of over 500 products. It has its own offices, storage shed, cold rooms and means of distribution. The company imports fresh products by air, in refeer containers for long-life fresh products and, in dry containers, for normal products.

In a country and in a sector where continuity and consistency in the supply of products, as well as their quality, are the key to emerging on the market, Mamma Mia has made service and quality its strong point, becoming in a few years a “key player” on the market.

Clients, from 5-star hotels such as Four Seasons, Hilton, Kempinski, Club Med, Constance Resorts to local supermarkets, have found in Mamma Mia Import (Pty) Ltd. a reliable and constant supplier.
Since 2017, considering the continuous growth in appreciation of Italian food and wine products, Mamma Mia has decided to develop a series of directly managed stores with the Mamma Mia Deli brand. Currently Mamma Mia Deli owns and manages three Delis directly.

Mamma Mia Import prefers a direct relationship with its suppliers, without intermediaries and, as far as possible, buys directly from producers who have found a reliable partner in Mamma Mia for years now. Some of our suppliers:
