Inter Island Boats Ltd-Catcocos is seeking for experienced and highly motivated Accounts Officer to join the team.

Job Description

Summary of the duties and responsibilities.

• Verification and codification of Supplier Invoices
• Posting of Invoices to subledgers
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• Processing of Payments to Suppliers
• Posting of payments to supplier accounts
• Reconciliation of subledgers to the General Ledger.

Job Requirements

Minimum job entry requirements.

Education and Qualification.

Diploma in Business Studies (Accounting) or an equivalent qualification.

OR

Experience

At least 2–3 years of satisfactory, relevant post qualification experience.

Personal Characteristics

The role requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to work accurately with financial data while meeting strict deadlines.
