Abacus (Seychelles) Limited is looking for a highly organised, proactive and dependable Accounts Officer to join our team.

Job Description

• Process and review invoices and payments accurately and on time.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and payments.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliations.
• Resolve billing, payment and account queries.
• Monitor payment terms, due dates and other important deadlines.
• Liaise professionally with clients, suppliers, service providers and other third parties.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Provide general accounting and administrative support as required.

Job Requirements

• Qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Excellent comprehension and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical ability.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• A proactive, adaptable and solution-oriented approach.
