Job Description
Job Summary
The Admin, HR and Welfare Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Human Resources function, coordinating junior-level recruitment processes, overseeing staff welfare matters, supervising housekeeping services, and assisting in the overall administration and facility management of the company. The role ensures efficient HR support services, proper office hygiene standards, and effective coordination of staff-related administrative matters.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Recruitment & HR Administration
- Serve as the focal point for all junior-level job advertisements, shortlisting of applications, and coordination of interviews.
- Liaise with Human Resources and Administrative Officers to schedule interviews.
- Maintain and update the job application database.
- Complete interview record forms for junior-level positions.
- Prepare and conduct induction sessions for all new hires.
- Issue uniforms and safety shoes to employees.
- Ensure Heads of Departments (HODs) submit annual leave planners and monitor adherence.
- Follow up with HODs for submission of departmental meeting reports.
Staff Welfare & Social Matters
- Act as the focal person for all staff welfare and social matters.
- Prepare and submit quarterly reports on social cases, incentives, and employee benefits for analysis.
Supervision & Office Administration
- Supervise housekeeping staff.
- Monitor and ensure cleanliness and appropriate hygiene standards within office premises.
- Oversee the management of the staff canteen.
- Ensure upkeep, safety, and day-to-day management of company facilities, including coordination of maintenance activities.
Operational Support
- Act as replacement for the Senior Customer Service Officer during periods of absence.
- Assist the Human Resources and Administration Manager and Officers with additional tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements
Minimum Entry Requirements
- Certificate in Human Resources Management or equivalent plus at least 2 years’ relevant experience
