Summary of duties:
Assist with general administration responsibilities such as simple purchase, transport, stores, asset management, maintenance and upkeep of building & equipment, and assist with security services.

Job Requirements
Recognized Qualifications and Requirements for the post:
- Diploma in Business Studies OR
- Diploma/Certificate in Office Management
- Secondary level of education with a credit pass in ‘O’ Level or IGCSE English, Mathematics and French
- Four years of satisfactory work experience as an Office Assistant for a candidate with a Secondary level of education/credit pass in ‘O’ Level or IGCSE English/Maths and French
* Must be Computer Literate with Driving license class 2 – ESSENTIAL
