The Seychelles Home Care Agency is looking for serious and motivated person to fill the following position:
Post Title: Administrative Officer
Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor and control stock supplies
- Prepare request order
- Purchase and issue stock, equipment, materials and other goods
- Assist in the virements as and when necessary, in collaboration with Accounts section
- Undertake filling and keep updated financial records
- Initiate all payments for the Agency
- Prepare store requisition and collect stationaries for the Agency
- Issue resources for meetings
- Organize transport, Lodging, booking arrangement for the staffs
- Maintain ledgers, inventories, fixed assets register for the Agency
- Liaise and interact with staff, suppliers and other relevant agencies
- Undertake proper filling of documents related to support service
- Issue fuel to the drivers and keep records
- Update store bin cards
- Request for petty cash

Remuneration: Salary package will be based on qualifications and experience.
Job Requirements
Requirement/Experience
- Diploma in Office Management or relevant field
Skills
- Competency Certificate in Computing word processing, excel and database
