Job Description

Job Summary

• To investigate, assess and monitor anti-competition business practices that have the effect of prevention, restriction and distortion of competition;
• Engage with local and foreign experts during investigations;
• To conduct relevant surveys;
• Represent the Commission on national and international platforms;
• Educate and raise public awareness on competition provision under the Fair Trading Act, 2022.
• Provide advise to the government of the best practices in the promotion of a competitive culture.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Commerce, Law, Business Administration, or related field

Preferable Skills

• Professional, motivated, confidential, high team spirit, good interpersonal skills and
  strong work ethics.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Good analytical, conflict resolution and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication and report writing skills.
• Ability to plan and organize and effectively.
