Job Description
Job Summary
- To investigate, assess and monitor anti-competition business practices that have the effect of prevention, restriction and distortion of competition;
- Engage with local and foreign experts during investigations;
- To conduct relevant surveys;
- Represent the Commission on national and international platforms;
- Educate and raise public awareness on competition provision under the Fair Trading Act, 2022.
- Provide advise to the government of the best practices in the promotion of a competitive culture.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Commerce, Law, Business Administration, or related field
Preferable Skills
- Professional, motivated, confidential, high team spirit, good interpersonal skills and
strong work ethics. - Ability to work under pressure and independently.
- Good analytical, conflict resolution and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication and report writing skills.
- Ability to plan and organize and effectively.
