Job Description
Summary: Support the Senior Ozone Officer in monitoring, implementing, and enforcing ozone protection policies and programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor ozone-depleting substances (ODS) and ensure compliance with regulations
- Assist in policy implementation, inspections, and technical support for industries
- Conduct public awareness campaigns, workshops, and International Ozone Day activities
- Prepare reports for national and international bodies (e.g., UNEP/GIZ Proklima)
- Provide administrative support to the Ozone Unit
