Job Description
Help shape the connectivity solutions that power businesses across Seychelles—join Cable & Wireless Seychelles as a B2B Product Executive.
Reporting to the Head of Products, the B2B Product Executive will support the development, launch and ongoing performance of telecommunications products and services tailored to business customers.
The role involves assisting with product onboarding and configuration in customer relationship management (CRM), billing and provisioning systems, maintaining accurate product documentation, catalogues and pricing inputs, and supporting products throughout their lifecycle.
Working closely with Sales, Engineering, IT, Marketing and Support teams, the successful candidate will coordinate implementation activities, follow up on operational matters and prepare training materials and internal product information. The role also supports market research and the collection of customer feedback to inform product enhancements and ensure alignment with customer and business needs.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree-level education, preferably in Marketing, Business Studies, Finance or Engineering.
- A minimum of three years’ work experience, preferably in a related field.
Preferred Skills and Competencies
- Understanding of enterprise telecommunications services, such as internet, voice and managed solutions.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and product documentation.
- Good coordination and communication skills across internal teams.
- A detail-oriented and proactive approach to following up on assigned actions.
- Willingness to learn operational and business support systems and assist with technical documentation.
- An analytical mindset with a strong sense of accountability and service quality.
Desirable
- Relevant experience and a track record in the telecommunications industry.
