Job Description

Purpose

Support the Marketing Manager and brand team in developing and implementing marketing strategies for product categories. Execute brand strategies by translating strategic imperatives into actionable marketing assets tailored for the Seychelles market, while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and leading a team of Brand & Innovation Executives.

Top Accountabilities

• Develop and execute brand and tactical plans in collaboration with SBL & Phoenix Brand teams
• Coordinate development of visual assets (key visuals, POSM, toolkits, digital content) aligned with brand strategy and Visual Identity Systems
• Lead innovation initiatives and manage the innovation pipeline from concept to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver new product introductions and packaging innovations that drive sustainable growth
• Manage brand budget expenditure and oversee agency relationships
• Lead product launches and adapt growth strategies to drive awareness and market share
• Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews and monthly KPI reports for internal and Group stakeholders
• Coach and guide Brand Executives

Job Requirements

Qualifications + Experience

• Degree/Master’s in Marketing management
• Minimum 4-5 years in brand management or marketing within FMCG
• Experience with trade, digital, and execution
• Project management experience
