Job Description

Summary of the duties and responsibilities.

• Takes part in pre- journey briefings.
• Assists in replenishing, reordering of stocks for the vessel
• Undertakes cabin cleaning and maintenance of cleanliness
• Checks the safety equipment and to ensure that security equipment is working properly
• Greeting and welcome passengers as they board the vessel
• Performing first aid if necessary
• Ensuring that passengers follow safety procedures in an emergency
• Making sure that passengers leave the ferry safely

Job Requirements

Minimum job entry requirements

• A certificate in Food and Beverage services or Bartending and short course in customer care
• Plus, one-year relevant work experience

And Or

• At least two years relevant successful work experience
• Must have good communication skills and foreign languages are desirable
• Valid STCW 2010 certificate > To be obtained in the course of employment
