Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain rate board in the lobby of the branch.
  • Act as first point of interface with customer.
  • Understand customer’s need/query.
  • Explain our products and services.
  • Assist the customer in filling of transaction application form.
  • Completes new customer registration formalities and get it approved from the branch compliance officer.
  • Guide the customer to the concerned desk/executive for completion of transaction.
  • Attend to customer’s grievances/complaint if any
  • Should hand over cash every day to manager after tallying before leaving the branch.

Job Requirements

Experience: 2 to 3 years
