Minimum Entry Requirements
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a busy kitchen.
Must be able to work shift hours.
Must be physically fit.
Must have good hygiene record.
Must be able to work under pressure.
Must be able to work in all sections of a hot kitchen. Pastry knowledge will be an added advantage
Must reside in the south region
