The Seychelles Home Care Agency is looking for dedicated, serious and motivated person to fill the position of Chief Executive Officer
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- To provide Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans, define KPIs, and guide future service growth and innovation.
- Financial & Business Management: Oversee budgets, manage expenses for Home Care provision under the SHCA Act, and ensure financial sustainability.
- Operations & Quality: Ensure high-quality, compliant care delivery, monitoring of the services by caregivers, optimize operational processes, ensure effective registration and mean testing of applicants, and manage day-to-day functions across the different sections
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with the Board, staff, community leaders, families, and regulatory bodies.
- Human Resources: Recruit, manage, and develop senior staff, foster a positive culture, and ensure workforce planning.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to all healthcare laws, accreditation standards, and reporting requirements.
- Community Advocacy: Serve as the public face, promoting the organization’s mission and programs for the wellbeing of homecare recipients and develop training programme for caregivers within the community.

Job Requirements
Requirement/Experience:
- First Degree in any field and five years in a Senior position
- Experience and knowledge in Health care studies and social work
Specialized Techniques/Skills
- Extensive senior leadership experience in healthcare or related fields.
- Strong financial acumen and P&L responsibility.
- Deep understanding of home care/aged care regulations and operations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Visionary thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
