Job Description
Job Purpose
Coordinate clearing agents and port authority to ensure proper monitoring of containers at port.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Is responsible for administrative duties at port
- Ensure speedy release and transfer of container to site
- Liaise with Commercial Department on emergency release of containers
- Ensure empty containers are inspected at Port prior to sending to IOT
- Receive containers of exportable finished goods and ensure they are properly stacked for shipment
- Take part in stock take and is responsible to ensure there is no outstanding containers

Job Requirements
Basic Requirements
- IGCSE
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Previous experience in shipping and container handlings is a plus
- Good planning & organizing
- Autonomy as the incumbent works on his own
