Job Description
To provide timely, accurate and friendly service while preparing the highest quality beverages for guests according to beverage menu/s of the restaurant, bar and conference Centre.

Job Requirements
- Two years’ hotel/resort experience in reputable establishments.
- Understanding of various stock taking procedures.
- Computer literate
- Fluent in English, Creole & French
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
- Must have exceptional grooming habits
- Must be able to stand, stoop, bend and reach, and frequently lift relatively heavy goods
- Have a knowledge of beer, wine, spirits and sake and knowledge of common drink recipes.
- Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate point of sales system.
- Excellent inter-personal skills and is service orientated
- Ability to work with Micros
- Able to work night shifts
