APEX Hotel Supplies, a leading supplier in Seychelles’ hospitality and retail sector, is seeking motivated Cold Store Attendant / Driver to join our team.

APEX Hotel Supplies Seychelles is looking for a reliable, hardworking and safety conscious individual to join our Operations Team as a Cold Store Attendant / Driver

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, store, pick and prepare chilled and frozen products.
• Maintain correct cold-store temperatures and cold-chain standards.
• Ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Load and unload products safely and efficiently.
• Deliver chilled and frozen products to our Retail and HORECA customers.
• Ensure accurate and timely customer deliveries.
• Complete delivery notes, temperature records and other required documentation.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean and safe condition.
• Report stock discrepancies, damaged products, temperature deviations or vehicle issuespromptly.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, health and safety.
• Keep the cold store, loading areas and vehicle clean and organized.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers.
• Support the Operations Team with other duties as required.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Valid Seychelles driving licence appropriate for the assigned vehicle.
• Previous experience in driving, warehouse, cold-store, FMCG, HORECA or distribution will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of road safety and responsible driving.
• Physically fit and able to handle and move products.
• Comfortable working in chilled/frozen environments.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
• Willing to work Saturdays and other operational hours when required

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum secondary education or equivalent.
• Valid Seychelles driving licence appropriate for the vehicle assigned.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to read and understand delivery documents, stock lists and basic instructions.
• Physically fit and able to work in a cold-store environment.
• Ability to lift, carry and move products safely.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, Saturdays, weekends or public holidays where operationally required
