Job Description

Role Purpose:

The Commercial Data Analyst will play a vital role in driving business decisions by analyzing commercial data and providing actionable insights. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and enhance overall business performance.

Deliver insights based NRM analysis and support in cross functional alignment (Brand, Finance, Customer Marketing, Consumer & Shopper Insights, Supply Chain, Category Management, etc.) on key outputs and opportunities to exploit across Price/Pack, Mix and Promotion Optimization

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and finance teams to gather and interpret data.
• Provide insights to inform pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and market analysis.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to support strategic planning.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Utilize statistical tools and techniques to support data-driven decision-making.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a commercial or business environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
