Job Description

PURPOSE

Apex Supplies Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Analyst to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in analysing financial and commercial data, identifying opportunities for business improvement, and supporting strategic decision-making across the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyse sales, pricing, and market data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare regular commercial performance reports and dashboards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Work closely with management to evaluate business performance and profitability.
• Assist with pricing strategies, cost analysis, and margin improvement.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support commercial decision-making.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight areas for improvement.
• Support business development initiatives with data-driven analysis

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Ability to interpret financial data and present clear insights.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a commercial, financial, or analytical role is an advantage.
