Job Description
Job Summary
- Record and maintain complaints on behalf of the Commission by:
- Collecting relevant information
- Assessing documents
- Compiling facts
- Answering telephone calls and advising complainants on relevant matters
- Refer relevant matters to concerned authorities
- Coordinate and facilitate the screening process
- Maintain appropriate records and documentation of complaints lodged
- Receipt, handling and management of Exhibits
- Maintain statistics by compiling and providing same to the relevant departments when required
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Certificate in Law plus 4 years relevant work experience OR
- A Level in Law plus 3 years relevant work experience OR
- Diploma in Law plus 2 years relevant work experience.
Preferable Skills
- Customer orientated
- Conversant with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to manipulate softwares
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and provide valuable contributions
