Job Description
Condominium Manager oversee and coordinate the administration, accounting, maintenance, operation and improvement of residential condominium properties.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily operations of the condominium properties.
- Maintain open communication with home owners of condominiums.
- Create, record, maintain and ensure detailed management of the condominium management funds; all financial transactions, service fees, and invoices in relations to condominiums under your responsibility.
- Insure, and keep insured, the condominiums to the replacement of value against fire, flooding or natural disasters.
- Maintain the buildings, grounds and common elements and keep them in a state of good and serviceable repair, by ensuring that all emergency repairs are carried out promptly.
- Prepare and implement a maintenance and grounds maintenance schedule for all condominiums under your responsibility.
- Ensure proper usage of all common elements of condominiums under PMC and non-defacement of condominium buildings.
- Prepare, implement and maintain any policy or regulations which will promote good community environments in all condominiums.
- Comply with any notice or order made by a court or any governmental public authority requiring the abatement of any nuisance on the common elements or order of repairs to be done.
- Ensure that proper notice is served on home owners where there is a need to fumigate the buildings and surrounding environment.
- Prepare, implement and maintain an emergency preparedness plan for all condominiums.
- Ensure proper reporting all issues pertaining to the management of condominiums.
Benefits
Remuneration: Salary Package will be based on qualifications and experience.
Job Requirement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
- Property management, Engineering, architectural, construction or similar experience a plus.
- High proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
- Be able to create budgets, track financials, and communicate updates.
