The Programme and Development Coordination Section(PDCS) under the Ministry of Environment, Climate, Energy and Natural Resources (MECENR) Is inviting a suitably qualified:
CONSULTANT FOR THE DRAFTING OF WASTE OIL REGULATION INCLUDING LICENSING REQUIREMENTS FOR COMPANIES INVOLVED IN THE RECYCLING OF WASTE OIL.
The ISLANDS project seeks to recruit a consultant to draft comprehensive regulation for waste oil including licensing requirements for companies involved in the generation, recycling and exportation of waste oil.
The licensing requirements should ensure that companies operate in a manner that is environmentally sustainable, legally compliant, and socially responsible.
Interested consultant can request a copy of The Term of Reference document via email only from the email address indicated below as from 12th January 2026 to 16 h January 2026, between 9.00 am to 3.00pm.

It is compulsory for all interested applicants to request the Term of Reference Document before submitting any responses to this EOI.
The eligible candidates must submit their responses via email with the email subject titled:
“DRAFTING OF WASTE OIL REGULATION INCLUDING LICENSING REQUIREMENTS FOR COMPANIES INVOLVED IN THE RECYCLING OF WASTE OIL” to the above-mentioned email address no later than 3.00 pm (Seychelles Time) on 21st January 2026.
No responses will be accepted after the deadline.
MECENR reserves the right to not accept the lowest bid if it compromises quality, delivery, and other risks factors.
