OMEGA INTERNATIONAL AGENTS LIMITED a Corporate Service Provider is seeking to recruit for the post of Corporate Manager to administer a portfolio of corporate and trust structures, ensuring full regulatory compliance with all applicable legislation. Key responsibilities

• Administer a portfolio of IBC and Trust structures
• Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining professional relationships through clear and timely communication
• Maintain AML/CFT compliance, including client due diligence processes
• Prepare and review corporate documentation, board resolutions, registers, and statutory filings
• Liaise with the FSA and other relevant regulatory bodies
• Support senior leadership in meeting regulatory requirements

Job Requirements

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience within the Corporate & Trust Services industry
• Good knowledge of Seychelles IBC and Trust laws and regulations
• Ability to meet the FSA’s Fit and Proper criteria, including good character, competence, and financial soundness
• Relevant professional qualification (ICA, ACAMS, STEP, or equivalent)
• Sound understanding of AML/CFT obligations and international standards (FATF, OECD)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Familiarity with CRS, Economic Substance, and Beneficial Ownership reporting requirements in Seychelles
• Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with comfort working in a digital and online service environment
