Job Summary

To deliver high-quality instruction and training in Culinary Art disciplines at various academic levels within the Academy’s curriculum. The Lecturer will contribute to the development and review of course materials, assessments, and educational resources while also supporting student development, academic progression, and industry alignment in line with STA’s mandate.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification/Requirements

• Advanced Diploma in Culinary Art or Hospitality Management plus five years tourism industry technical experience in the relevant field
• Teaching qualification and experience is desirable.
• Practical experience in the tourism and/or hospitality industry at supervisory level desirable.
