Job Description

Summary of Duties

  • Provide customers with their bills as required
  • Deal with customer’s complaints and provide necessary and correct information
  • Accept cards and cheques payment
  • Prepare service orders for electricity and water
  • Calculate adjustment of estimated bills
  • Issue meter boxes and maintain stocks
  • Update new connections of water and electricity on the system
  • Create new electricity and water accounts
  • Input of new readings

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • Post-Secondary education level preferably Certificate in Business Studies
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer related field
