Job Description

Purpose:

The Digital & Events Executive will drive the company’s digital presence while planning, coordinating, and executing brand events. This role ensures cohesive online brand visibility, engages target audiences through digital channels, and delivers memorable events that strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.

Top Accountabilities

  • Assist with the management and maintenance of the company’s digital platforms.
  • Develop, schedule, and publish content aligned with brand strategy.
  • Monitor digital campaigns, track metrics, and prepare performance reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to enhance digital reach and engagement.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Support content creation for product launches, promotions, and trade activations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events including brand activations, product launches, sponsorships, and trade promotions.
  • Manage all logistics: venue selection, vendor coordination, budgets, and on-site execution.
  • Develop event concepts and materials that align with brand objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of digital and offline campaigns.
  • Capture event metrics and feedback to assess success and ROI.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and brand guidelines during events.
  • Support post-event communication, including social media highlights, press coverage, and internal reporting.
  • Liaise with partners, sponsors, and stakeholders to maximize brand visibility.

Job Requirements

Qualifications + Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing and/or event management.
  • Experience in brand activation or FMCG environment preferred.

Skills required

  • Strong digital marketing knowledge (social media, SEO, content management).
  • Familiarity with content creation and editing tools.
  • Knowledge of photography and videography for digital platforms
  • Event planning and execution experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms (e.g., social media management, CMS, Microsoft Office).
