Job Description
Job Particulars:
To manage the Training, Research and Education section ensuring productivity and efficiency as well as maintaining good working relationships with partners and stakeholders to deliver NCC’s mandate.
Job Requirements
Required qualifications & experience:
- A Masters degree in Education or related field plus proven leadership and management experience or
- A Bachelor Degree in Education or related field plus 5 years’ experience working with children and proven leadership and management experience or
- An Advanced in Education or related field plus six (6) years working experience organising and delivering training or research with proven leadership and management experience
- A Diploma in Education or related field plus seven (7) years working experience organizing and delivering training or research with proven leadership and management experience
